With a new solid lead on the mysterious financiers of this bandit army, Sir Radzig wants you to track down the merchant known as Menhart who was supplying counterfeit coins. Depending on what information you got, this will either lead you to a meeting place near, or a mysterious German Knight last seen in. Depending on how you handled yourself with the plague that hit, and what you did with the sick bandit, you’ll have one of two clues to go on. Not getting the information from the bandit directly will give you an extra step, but both paths lead to the same point. If the only intel you were given was the letter, the only clue that you’ll have is the mysterious German knight that’s been seen hanging around the inn outside of the Sasau Monastery. Head to the inn, and speak to the innkeeper about the knight. Motorola sem v8 manual transmission. He’ll be reluctant at first, but eventually tell you that the knight - no known name - demanded to know where a crossroads was in the forest just past Rovna. It seems he was very keen to find it. As it happens, this is the very place that the merchant Menhart was going to meet the bandit. If you already knew this, you’ll need to head to Rovna, and take the path North past the church into the forests. At the first big intersection, you’ll find what you’re looking for: A busted wagon, two dead bodies, a locked chest, and a whole lot of blood. The chest has a very hard lock so you might not be able to get anything out of it (it contains some fancy merchant clothes and swords) - but note the blood nearby. It turns into a trial of bloody footprints, so head up Northwest and follow the clues until you reach a Charcoal Burners camp. Asking around, someone will point you in the direction of the camp boss, in the Northern camp across a small stream. The boss will be reluctant to tell you more, but you can overpower him or use the clues you found to your advantage and learn that a surviving man from the attack was dragged here and kept in the nearby locked shed. Either get the key from him, pickpocket it, or lockpick it yourself. ![]() Inside you’ll find the wounded man, and after speaking with him, you’ll learn that the mysterious knight ambushed Menhart’s group. Soon, he’ll appear and start smacking the charcoal burners around looking for the counterfeit groschen - this is your chance to get some answers. The knight will take off on his horse, and you have options here. You can either pursue him as he flees towards then doubles back down past Rovna and to Sasau, or head him off and go directly to Sasau.
